Thank you for visiting the website of Emmanuel Church Shelley.
We aim to be a church with an open door through which the community is welcome into the church and out of which the church can go into the community. To that end we changed the porch door to glass to bring light into the church and through which people can see that a welcome awaits them.
Emmanuel Church is the only Anglican centre of worship in the village of Shelley. It is a church in a joint benefice with All Hallows Kirkburton and works in a local cluster of 6 churches.
