South Aisle Window – Round
The round window at the east end of the south aisle was erected in 1960 in memory of Hugh Stringer, one time churchwarden; Hestor Clift Stringer and their son-in-law lrvin Copley, organist and choirmaster for 27 years.
The window was designed and made by HM Doyle, (his motif can be seen in the bottom right). He studied at the Royal College of Art and was based in Liverpool in the late 1950s, but moved to Llanrhos, on the outskirts of Llandudno, in 1966, where he was based until 1979.
